Chef Matt Harper teaches you how to break down a whole pig at this combination happy hour and butchery demo. We’ll walk you through the process of cutting primals, then individual cuts, and talk pork pairings. There will be snacks and a selection of swine-friendly wines chosen by Sommelier Megan Storm.
