Va La Wine Dinner with Winemaker Anthony Vietri

We are very very excited and honored to be hosting our 5th annual spring wine dinner with owner and winemaker Anthony Vietri of Va La Vineyards in Avondale, PA. Our chef, Lee Richards, will be preparing an exciting local seasonal produce driven, open fire cooked, five course menu to match with Anthony’s singular terroir expressive wines. This is dinner represents an opportunity each year to offer the very best of local wine and cuisine, we anticipate it will be a very fun and inspiring evening. The price is $100 per person and includes all tax and gratuity. Please make your reservation as soon as possible, as seating is very limited. We can accommodate almost any allergy or dietary restriction with enough notice.
Menu highlights will include:
Va La Zafferano ‘16, a skin contact Pinot Gris, paired with mussels in saffron and brandy curry cream sauce, and grilled sourdough.
Va La Barbera ‘16 paired with mole spiced duck tacos, pickled jicama, dandelion greens, rhubarb-nebbiolo grape salsa
Mahogany 2016 paired with a Birchrun Blue ice cream sandwich made with dark chocolate, tobacco and clove
